Des's Cabs in Australia is seeking a motivated, reliable Call Centre & Dispatch Operator to join as a Casual Hire with potential progression to Permanent Part Time. You will help manage bookings and dispatch across 10 taxi fleets in a fast-paced 24/7 workplace.

Reporting to the Call Centre Manager, you will take ownership during shifts, communicate with drivers and staff, and resolve operational issues while upholding service levels.
