- Confident, personable and comfortable building relationships
- Proactive, organised and willing to take initiative
- Willingness to pick up the phone,
make cold calls and proactively generate new business
- A strong work ethic and understanding of prospecting and buyer follow up
- Someone who welcomes feedback and is eager to keep learning
- A team player looking for long term career growth
- Current driver's licence and Queensland real estate registration certificate
