Position Available

We're looking for aPart-Time Bartender (24-25 hrs per week) to join our team at San Telmo Brisbane. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy restaurant bar, has a passion for cocktails, wine and spirits, and takes pride in delivering friendly, efficient and knowledgeable service.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, beers and spirits to San Telmo Brisbane's standards, ensuring quality, consistency and presentation

Delivering warm, attentive bar service, confidently recommending drinks and sharing your knowledge with guests

Working closely with the bar and restaurant teams to ensure smooth, efficient service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, stock organisation and responsible alcohol service

What We're Looking For

Demonstrated experience as a Bartender in a busy restaurant or similar hospitality environment, with confidence preparing cocktails and managing high-volume service

Solid knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer and spirits , excellent customer service skills and a current Queensland RSA certificate

Flexible availability , including evenings, weekends and public holidays, with the ability to work busy weekend shifts
