MACFORCE Australia is currently seeking 2 x experienced Storepersons for an exciting FIFO opportunity on a long-term infrastructure project in Western Australia.

Working closely with Engineers and the site team, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day stores function, coordinating deliveries, tracking purchase orders, maintaining inventory and supporting project logistics across site. This is a hands-on role combining stores, logistics and general site support.

MACFORCE Australia is currently seeking 2 x experienced Storepersons for an exciting FIFO opportunity on a long-term infrastructure project in Western Australia.

Working closely with Engineers and the site team, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day stores function, coordinating deliveries, tracking purchase orders, maintaining inventory and supporting project logistics across site. This is a hands-on role combining stores, logistics and general site support.

Key Responsibilities

- Track purchase orders in conjunction with Project Engineers
- Receive, inspect and receipt incoming deliveries
- Load and unload deliveries using a Telehandler, Skid Steer or Loader
- Unpack, store and distribute materials to work fronts as required
- Maintain organised laydown areas, containers and stores
- Deliver tools, equipment and materials across site




- Assist with light assembly and fitting preparation work within the laydown area (e.g. fitting air valves to tees)
- Track and manage project tools and equipment
- Coordinate airport collections when required
- Assist with equipment on-hires and off-hires using SafetyCulture (training provided)
- Complete general stores administration using Microsoft Excel and email

What You'll Need

- Previous experience as a Storeperson on a construction, mining or infrastructure project
- Strong computer skills with experience using Microsoft Excel, email and laptops
- Experience managing purchase orders, inventory and goods receipting
- Ability to work independently and maintain organised stores and laydown areas
- Current HR Driver's Licence
- Current IT (Integrated Tool Carrier/Telehandler) Ticket
- Current Skid Steer Ticket
- Current Telehandler Ticket
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Commitment to working safely in a FIFO environment
