Ferrari Formalwear is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and customer-focused Casual Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Ferrari Formalwear @ Myer Robina.

This is a fantastic chance for someone who loves working with people, enjoys the excitement of retail and takes pride in helping customers find the perfect outfit for life's special occasions.

Whether you're helping someone prepare for a wedding, formal event, business function or special celebration, you'll play an important role in creating a memorable customer experience.

About the role

Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll be part of a supportive and energetic team, delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales and achieving store targets.

You'll enjoy a varied role in a fast-paced retail environment where no two days are the same.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive shopping experiences.
- Building rapport with customers and understanding their needs to recommend the right products.
- Driving sales and achieving individual and store KPIs and targets.
- Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Assisting with general store administration and operational duties.
- Working collaboratively with the team while also confidently managing the store independently when required.




- Maintaining product knowledge and staying up to date with current trends and collections.

About you

We're looking for someone who:

- Has previous retail sales experience and a genuine passion for customer service.
- Is confident, approachable and enjoys engaging with customers.
- Has flexible availability, including weekends, late-night trading and public holidays as required.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is sales-driven, motivated and enjoys working towards targets.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Is well-presented, professional and takes pride in their work.
- Is computer literate and comfortable with general retail systems.
- Is flexible and available to work weekends, late-night trading and public holidays as required.

Menswear or formalwear experience is highly regarded but not essential. Full product and role training will be provided to the successful applicant.
