About the role

We are currently seeking experienced Trade Assistants (TA's) to support our team across a range of industrial, commercial and marine projects. The role involves practical site work, assisting with surface protection installations and carrying out general labour and cleaning duties. A positive attitude, strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.

This is a casual position with the potential to transition to full-time after 6 months for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Install temporary surface and asset protection across a range of projects.
- Handle and move materials safely across different worksites.
- Carry out paint touch-ups using brush and roller while developing further skills in this field.
- Assist with general labouring on large marine projects.




- Install scaffold encapsulation systems.
- Complete general industrial cleaning duties.

About you

We're looking for reliable, hands-on Trade Assistants with experience in demanding environments. You'll need to take pride in your work, have a solid safety focus, and thrive as part of a team on complex projects.

To be successful, you will have

- Experience in blast and paint, industrial cleaning or temporary surface protection installation is desirable.
- Reliable, safety-conscious and willing to work as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a strong eye for detail.
- Have experience working on secure projects and construction sites.

Required Tickets & Certifications

- National Police Clearance (issued within the last 3 months)
- Confined Space & Gas Testing certification
- Working at Heights training
- EWP (Elevated Work Platform) ticket
- White Card
