Warrigal is seeking a Maintenance Service Officer to support our residents in Stirling. You will handle preventative and reactive maintenance, ensuring safety, compliance and timely service within policies and budgets.
The role requires trade certification or equivalent, demonstrated maintenance experience, and a proactive, customer‑minded approach. Robust IT skills (MMS/CRM) and a valid NSW driver’s licence are essential.
