Frontline Recruitment Group seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy outlet store in Townsville on a permanent, part-time basis. You will take ownership of sales performance, team development, visual merchandising and day-to-day operations, reporting to the Area Manager with autonomy to drive commercial outcomes.

The role offers a 32-hour working week with regular days off, a three-day weekend every four weeks, and a 50% staff discount, plus clothing allowance and qualified
