BlueCare is hiring a Palliative Care Officer to deliver high-quality in-home palliative care under Government funding models. The role focuses on referrals, scheduling, and coordinated care with clinical staff, within a state-wide program.

You’ll engage with clients and carers, provide a skilled first point of contact, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and meet complex needs across regional Queensland.
