Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is seeking caring and reliable support workers to help older people stay independent and connected in their own homes across Moama and surrounding areas. The role is a permanent part time position (20 hours per fortnight) with flexible shifts.

Join a local team delivering meal assistance, transport, social activities, and personal care in clients’ homes. A minimum of 3 days availability is required, with days and hours tailored to client needs.
