So, what duties can you expect to do in your apprenticeship?

- Gain hands‑on experience working across a variety of exciting commercial landscape construction projects.
- Assist with ground preparation, site set‑up, excavation and general landscaping works.
- Learn and develop practical skills in paving, decking, concreting and retaining wall construction.
- Assist with turf installation, planting, garden establishment and landscape finishes.
- Gain experience installing, maintaining and troubleshooting irrigation systems.
- Learn to safely operate,



use and maintain a range of landscaping tools, equipment and machinery.
- Work alongside experienced landscape construction professionals and skilled tradespeople, learning from the ground up.
- Develop your knowledge of construction techniques and gain exposure to projects from initial site preparation through to completion.
- Complete a nationally recognised Certificate III in Landscape Construction while earning a wage and gaining valuable on‑the‑job experience.
- Build the foundations for a long‑term career in the landscaping industry, with opportunities to develop your skills and progress into qualified tradesperson and leadership roles.

What will you need?

- Driver's licence and own transport (must have)
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check (if over 18)
- Ability to work outdoors and undertake physically active work.
- Positive attitude, reliability and genuine interest in landscape construction.
- Willingness to learn and develop practical trade skills.
