You will guide older Australians and families through financial and contractual aspects of entering aged care, ensuring compassion, clarity, and integrity in every interaction.

Responsibilities include managing Permanent Residential Care Residency Agreements, liaising with Residential Aged Care Services, and maintaining accurate records in the Finance System.
