Your role may include:
- Warmly welcoming patients to the practice
- Answering calls and assisting with patient enquiries
- Managing appointments and helping the day's schedule run smoothly
- Completing reception and administrative duties
- Communicating with patients, dentists and other team members
- Occasionally stepping into the dental room to provide assisting coverage when a team member is away or unwell
Dental assisting experience would be highly valued, as we'd love to find someone who is comfortable helping in the dental room when the team needs some extra support.
