About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Salesperson to join the Play Performance team in Molendinar, QLD. This is a casual position that offers the perfect opportunity for someone looking to launch or develop their sales career in a supportive environment. You will play a key part in driving our sales objectives whilst building valuable experience in customer engagement, relationship management, and sales techniques. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, resilient, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities

- Engaging with customers to identify their needs and presenting relevant product or service solutions
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty
- Meeting agreed sales targets and contributing to team performance goals
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries or concerns professionally
- Gathering customer feedback and reporting relevant information to the sales team




- Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, including record-keeping and data entry
- Staying informed about product knowledge and company offerings to communicate effectively with customers
