Mandala Hotels and Resorts operate a diverse portfolio of hotels spanning across Regional Australia’s top travel destinations.

We are currently seeking a Part Time Hotel All Rounder to join the team at Hoteloco , our boutique 39-room accommodation-only property located on Garden Street, Alexandria. Opened in November 2024, Hoteloco offers a up-to-date and welcoming stay experience in the heart of Sydney.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, with a primary focus on Housekeeping and support across Front Office Reception .

About the Role

As our next team member, you will:

- Service and clean guest rooms to a high standard (housekeeping experience essential)
- Ensure public areas are presented immaculately
- Assist with guest enquiries both face to face and over the phone
- Support front office operations including check-ins, check-outs, reservations and guest accounts
- Provide friendly and professional guest service at all times
- Assist guests throughout their stay, from arrival to departure




- Multitask across departments in a small team environment
- Be willing to go the extra mile to create a positive guest experience

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone comfortable working across multiple departments in a boutique property.

What We Are Looking For

- Previous housekeeping experience (essential)
- Front office or reception experience (desired but not essential)
- Prior experience in hospitality and/or customer service
- Experience using RMS is an advantage (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- A reliable and proactive team player
- Comfortable working in a small team environment
- A friendly personality with strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work across a seven‑day roster, including weekends
