A day in the l ife

- Welcome swimsters ( and carers ) and help them find whatever they need or whatever they’re looking for.

- Provide heartfelt service and d eliver exceptional swim classes in line with our customer experience strategy and brand standards.

- Create an environment where swimsters are so engaged and entertained , they don’t even realise they’re learning to swim.

- Embrace feedback and suggestions to improve swim program delivery.

- Keep the swimsters area safe and clean… considering equipment and surrounds .

- Always a dvocate water safety and swim survival skills.

- E nsure an overall secure environment for students, carers and all of the team (including you) .

- Naturally act as a brand ambassador and comfortably communicate what differentiates our swimsters program from the market.

- Ensure all interactions are warm, queries are answered and feedback handled effectively.

- Find ways to give that little bit extra… especially when it’s unexpected.

To land this gig … and your ongoing mindset

- You have your AUSTSWIM certificate, relevant experience in a swim school, your first aid, flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule and your Working with Children Check. You may also have your Infant and Preschool Aquatics qual , Access and Inclusion qual or Teacher of Adults qual . A+ for you.

- You have aligned experience. You love to deliver educational (yet entertaining) swim lessons , building trust and safety . You’re well versed across various ages and skill levels.

- You are people-focused . You enjoy teaching children to swim. You’re warm, honest and genuine.
