With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager for a new project in Southport.Your new role You will take ownership of the day-to-day site delivery of a 6-storey development,managing the project from construction through to completion.Key responsibilities include:Manage all day-to-day site operations and subcontractorsCoordinate trades, suppliers and project sequencingDrive programme, quality and safety outcomesManage site logistics and resolve construction issuesWork closely with the Project Manager and Contract AdministratorConduct toolbox talks, site meetings and inspectionsEnsure the project is delivered safely,
