Legend Corporate Services is seeking a CRM Business Process Owner to own the end-to-end Salesforce strategy, governance and adoption across our electrical business divisions. You will ensure Salesforce remains the single source of truth for customer data, sales and pipeline information, while standardising CRM processes across the group.
You will lead change, collaborate with regional leaders and operations, and drive data quality and reporting capabilities to support growth and acquisitions.
