The Salvation Army is seeking an Aged Care Centre Manager for Bethesda Aged Care Centre in Rockhampton, Central Queensland. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of care, comply with AN-ACC and regulatory requirements, and lead a dedicated team under the guidance of an Area Manager.

Responsibilities include financial stewardship, occupancy management and collaboration with clinical coordinators and support services to deliver sustainable, person‑centred care.
