Aliaxis APAC is recruiting an HR Business Partner to join our APAC HR team in a hybrid Smithfield role, with WFH options. You will partner with operational leaders across manufacturing to align people strategies with business goals and support safety, culture and performance initiatives.

You will provide expert advice on employee relations, investigations and performance issues, while contributing to industrial relations activities and workforce planning. Travel domestically as needed.
