Monash Health in Melbourne's south-east is seeking an Associate Nurse Manager for Doveton Community Care Unit to lead high-quality psychiatric nursing care within a recovery-oriented framework.

You will deliver clinical leadership, support junior staff, and work with consumers, families and the multidisciplinary team to build functional living skills and a protected home-like environment. This is a full-time, permanent role on a seven-day rotating roster.
