Blackbook Recruitment is partnering with a growing food manufacturing site in Young, NSW to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor. You will lead a team of skilled tradespeople, drive maintenance strategy, and play a key role in site improvements and reliability.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities while mentoring your team and promoting a secure, high-performance culture. This is a hands-on leadership role on site.
