The Bureau of Meteorology seeks an Electronics, Electrical or Instrumentation technician or engineer for a remote six-month posting on Willis Island. You will join a four-person team and depart from Cairns in April 2027, with a possible October 2027 deployment.
The role involves coordinating maintenance, diagnostics, fault finding and system support for Willis Island operations, as well as contributing to housekeeping duties and maintaining a positive remote-work culture.
