Applejack Hospitality Group in Sydney is seeking a Fulltime Chef to take ownership of their section—larder, grill or pans—keeping it stocked and prepped and staying ahead during busy services. You will be part of a small, hardworking kitchen team in a fast-paced environment, with transparent opportunities for career progression within a leading hospitality group.

A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or 2–4 years in a busy kitchen is required, along with the ability to cover all stations.
