Our client, a well established custom homebuilder in Sydney, is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage 8–10 homes across Penrith through to Oran Park. You will coordinate trades, supervise site quality, and keep projects on programme and budget while liaising with clients throughout the build.
The ideal candidate has around 5 years’ experience supervising residential builds, holds Cert III + Cert IV in Building and Construction, and a Builder’s Licence would be a bonus.
