Senior Payroll Officer ( Dayforce) - 3-4 temp role - Near Melbourne CBD location

Our client is looking for experienced Senior Payroll Officer to start in a well run and organised payroll process based near Melbourne CBD! You need to be bright, energetic, show great aptitude and a desire to hit the ground running!

The position requires someone with full function high volume payroll processing experience for AUS & NZ employees, where they will be responsible for payroll process as part of a team. Training will be given for the Payroll system.

Duties are outlined but not limited to the following:

- AUS & NZ Fortnightly & Monthly Payroll using Dayforce
- Interpreting relevant awards and multiple enterprise bargaining agreements
- High Volume Payroll Processing Knowledge
- Updating and maintaining payroll records
- Terminations
- Maintaining leave, sickness and overtime reports
- Answering queries
- Payroll reporting to meet statutory obligations
- Experience paying superannuation

Skills Required:

- High Volume Payroll processing experience is a highly desirable!
- At least 5 years' end to end payroll processing experience
- Understanding, interpreting and applying relevant legislation




- Calculation of payroll tax and superannuation
