Bayside Health is seeking an ICU Social Work Clinical Lead (Grade 4) on a fixed-term parental leave cover, based at The Alfred. The role leads the social work team in ICU, focusing on advanced psychosocial care and complex discharge planning.

The successful candidate will bring extensive hospital social work experience, solid leadership, and expertise in grief and loss, family violence and risk interventions, working within a multi-disciplinary team in a high-acuity setting.
