The Department of Education WA in Cunderdin is seeking a dedicated Technical Officer – Butcher to manage the college abattoir and butcher shop, including slaughtering, processing and stocking in the stock system with HACCP compliance.

You will train Year 11 and 12 students in Certificate II in Agriculture, contribute to cropping and livestock activities, and support WHS requirements. Salary scales start at Level 2.1–Level 3.1 with overtime entitlements and progression.
