We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join a high-performing team in Cleveland , delivering a portfolio of major and minor Civil and Traffic Infrastructure projects . What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinating and managing civil and traffic infrastructure projects and programs
- Overseeing project delivery across infrastructure asset lifecycle phases
- Working closely with internal teams, contractors, consultants, Councillors, and external stakeholders
- Preparing technical reports, briefings, and presentations




- Providing leadership, guidance, and strategic project support
- Managing competing priorities and navigating sensitive or complex issues
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with organisational objectives

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience managing civil and traffic infrastructure projects and programs
- Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks, asset lifecycle management, and program management practices
- Exceptional communication, consultation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience leading teams and influencing positive outcomes
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, including Councillors
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities
- Sound judgement and the confidence to work autonomously in complex environments
- Resilience, adaptability, innovation, and a solutions-focused mindset
