Applejack Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated Full-time Cook in Sydney to manage a kitchen section (larder, grill or pans) and ensure stock, prep, and readiness during busy services. You will contribute to smooth, high-volume operations across multiple outlets.

Candidates should have a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or 2–4 years in a commercial kitchen, plus experience in high-volume and à la carte service. A robust work ethic and full-time availability are essential.
