MAKO is seeking a Quality Specialist to ensure pre-flight clearance for Flightfilm processes and documentation. You’ll maintain and strengthen the QMS, conduct internal audits, and close compliance gaps to keep us audit-ready across Australia and the US.
You’ll coach teams and drive continuous improvement in a fast-moving startup workplace. You’ll report to the Production Team Lead in Manufacturing Operations, with typical hours 7am-3pm and potential shifts as the team grows.
