Slade Pharmacy Northside, part of Icon Oncology Group, is seeking a Hospital Pharmacist for a 6‑month, full‑time contract based at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside.

This role suits experienced community pharmacists looking to expand into hospital clinical practice within a supportive team. You will review medications, support inpatient rounds, ensure secure dispensing and coordinate discharge planning.
