SA Health is seeking registered nurses (RN1) to join the Division of Surgical Specialties & Anaesthesia (DSSA) across Lyell McEwin and Modbury Hospitals in northern Adelaide. You will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in busy surgical wards, supporting pre-/post-operative nursing, patient assessment, monitoring and discharge planning.

You will work within multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient flow, uphold safety protocols and contribute to quality improvement while mentoring junior
