Co. Recruit is seeking a Senior Property Manager to be based onsite at a landmark Brisbane development. You will manage a portfolio of approximately 150 apartments and handle light building management duties, operating within a proven framework of policies and procedures.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no after-hours calls, onsite parking, and access to Ailo and IRE software. A loyalty bonus and solid onboarding support are provided.
