Join an established multidisciplinary allied health provider in Western Sydney, where you'll work alongside other Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners.

With two Physio directors, a large clinic and a team that makes time for more than just work, there's plenty to like about this opportunity.

The positive stuff

- Up to $108K + super. Experienced Physiotherapists can earn between $90K–$108K + super, depending on experience and current remuneration.

- Not just one age group. Work across both paediatric and adult NDIS participants, giving you exposure to different presentations and therapy needs.

- Physio directors who get it. Both directors are qualified Physiotherapists, so you'll be working alongside people who understand your role and profession.

- A team beyond your own discipline. Collaborate with OTs, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners. Different perspectives can make a real difference to the support participants receive.

- A clinic with some personality. A large, well-equipped clinic with a cook on-site and plenty of opportunities to connect with your colleagues.

- Work should be enjoyable too. Think regular team activities, social events and even the occasional game of pickleball.

- Some flexibility. There is scope for work-from-home arrangements, although the team enjoys being connected and spending time together in the clinic.

- No leadership responsibilities. Focus on your clinical work,



your participants and developing your skills without needing to manage a team.

What you'll actually be doing

You’ll work across a varied NDIS caseload of paediatric and adult participants, helping people improve their functional abilities, build independence and work towards goals that matter to them.

Your day could involve:

- Completing Physiotherapy assessments and developing individualised treatment plans.

- Delivering therapy to support mobility, strength, coordination and functional independence.

- Working with participants and their families to identify meaningful goals.

- Supporting children and adults with a range of presentations and functional needs.

- Collaborating with other allied health professionals to provide coordinated support.

You’ll be joining an existing team of Physiotherapists, with the opportunity to share ideas, collaborate and be part of a broader clinical environment.

You’ll probably fit right in if...

- You're an AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist.

- You've got some clinical experience under your belt, ideally with exposure to the NDIS.

- You're comfortable working with both paediatric and adult participants, or keen to broaden your experience across both.

- You enjoy being part of a team and bouncing ideas off other clinicians.

- You're someone who values a good workplace environment just as much as the clinical work itself.

New graduates with a genuine interest in the NDIS space are also welcome to express their interest.

The salary side of things

- Experienced Physiotherapists: $90,000–$108,000 + super.

- New graduates: $85,000 + super.

- Salary is negotiable depending on experience and current remuneration.
