Perigon Group is seeking an Assistant Retail Project Manager for a leading Australian QSR retailer with national reach. The role supports development across Australia & NZ, delivering new stores and refurbishments.

You will coordinate with contractors, shopfitters and suppliers, assist with budgets and approvals, and manage documentation and handovers. Travel interstate may be required in a collaborative work setting.
