THE COMPANY

Due to an internal promotion, they are currently seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team. The property offers flexible meeting and event spaces, able to accommodate intimate occasions, corporate functions and grand scale celebrations.

THE ROLE

- Maintain and surpass sales KPIs within allocated regions and accounts
- Expand and fulfill strategic plans to achieve sales KPIs and increase customer base
- Develop and retain solid, long-term customer affiliations
- Collaborate with customers to work out their business objectives

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

- Strong sales executive experience,



meeting and exceeding KPIs
- Sales executive or sales manager experience in a similar role
- Solid organisational, interpersonal, relationship management, influencing and negotiation skills
- Well-developed time management and prioritising skills
- Ability to develop business opportunities via extensive networking with industry contacts
