Longevity Exercise Physiology and Personal Training is seeking an Accredited Exercise Physiologist in Coburg, VIC for a full time, on-site role. You will deliver one-on-one assessments, create individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing exercise prescription for clients with acute and chronic conditions.

You will work across private, SIRA/WorkCover, Medicare, DVA and NDIS funding streams, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and collaborate with referrers and healthcare professionals
