Esplanade Hotel Fremantle by Rydges, part of EVT, seeks an experienced Assistant Outlets Manager to lead the hotel's Food & Beverage outlets, including Atrium Garden Restaurant, Ball & Chain, Marine Lounge Bar, Poolside Bar, Minibar and Room Service.

This hands-on leadership role oversees day-to-day operations, team performance, labour control, guest experience and compliance across outlets, with a focus on rostering, budgeting, upselling and staff development.
