Rio Tinto is seeking Drill Operators to join our Drill and Blast teams across Pilbara mine sites in Western Australia. You’ll drive productivity in a safety‑driven workplace and work with family‑friendly rosters (8:6 or 8:6/7:7) to balance life and work.

Reporting to the drill team supervisor, you will adhere to standards, promote safety, and operate/open pit drilling equipment with a focus on continuous improvement and teamwork.
