CAREL is seeking a motivated Customer Service Technician to join our Services Team in Sydney. You will provide technical support across CAREL's refrigeration control solutions, monitoring systems and BMS integrations, combining refrigeration expertise with customer engagement to ensure reliable and productive operation.

This role covers remote support, commissioning, troubleshooting, training and occasional site visits, collaborating with CAREL Head Office, R&D;, Quality, Sales and Service teams
