Argo Natural Resources is seeking a Workplace Trainer to join the Ironbark No.1 site in Moranbah. You will deliver site inductions, assess recent starters and provide infield coaching to uphold training standards in line with policy and compliance.

Ideal candidates have underground coal mining experience, a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122), and hands-on underground tickets (Driftrunner, LHD, Bolter).
