Tradewise Group is seeking a hands-on supervisor to be the main contact for a portfolio of commercial plumbing clients across NSW. You will drive protected, efficient service, prioritise work with the admin team and assign the right tradespeople.

You will lead by example, coach field staff, run toolbox talks and ensure high standards of workmanship. Your client relations and practical problem-solving will help identify repairs and additional services while upholding Tradewise values.
