The Optical Company is seeking a People and Culture Coordinator to join our Support Office in Surry Hills. This full-time role reports to the Group Manager - People & Culture and supports recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and HR administration across sites.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding for recent employees, HR documentation, and employee exits, while contributing to P&C; projects and maintaining confidentiality across teams.
