Palliative Care SA is seeking a Project Officer to support Aboriginal health initiatives within the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network, focusing on Closing the Gap commitments.

You'll work with Aboriginal communities, Regional Directors and Aboriginal Health leaders to deliver project and policy work, conduct research and analysis, and drive improvements in health access and outcomes across the Yorke Peninsula and Lower North regions.
