Richmind WA is seeking a Senior Mental Health Recovery Practitioner for its residential services in Orelia. You’ll manage caseloads, develop recovery plans, and support residents to build living skills and independence, while leading a team and coordinating care with external providers.

You will supervise staff, deliver 1:1 support, group programs and ensure safety and compliance across services.
