Excavator Operator / Leading Hand – Crushing & Screening

O'Neills Plant Hire is looking for an experienced Crushing Excavator Operator to join our team.

We have consistent, ongoing work ranging across the entire Greater Sydney region and we'd like to offer permanent positions to reliable and skilled operators.

You’ll operate excavators feeding our crushing and screening plant, and you’ll lead a crew on site, making sure the material produced meets compliance requirements.

Job roles

- Operate an excavator in a crushing and screening operation
- Lead and coordinate a crew on site
- Produce material that meets specification and compliance requirements
- Work safely and follow site WHS procedures
- Proven crushing experience
- Ability to lead a crew
- A sound knowledge and understanding of material compliance, and the ability to meet it
- Relevant tickets and licences (e.g. excavator ticket, White Card)
- Reliable, safety-focused and a valuable team player
