Cougar Group is seeking 2 experienced mechanical Leading Hands at our Tomago facility to oversee day-to-day workshop activities, supervise tradespeople and apprentices, and ensure safe, productive production of premium mining equipment.
Reporting to the Workshop & Field Service Manager, you will drive task readiness, QA compliance and mentoring, with a focus on safety, housekeeping and timely progress updates.
