Endeavour Group in Western Australia is seeking a pragmatic, human-centred Return to Work Manager to lead injury management and workers’ compensation strategies across the state. You will work with store leaders, insurers, and external care providers to build efficient, recovery-focused claim strategies.

You’ll design tailored RTW plans, analyze injury data, and stay current with WA legislation to ensure empathetic support and secure transitions back to substantive roles.
