Arnott’s Group is seeking a hands-on Territory Manager to lead a patch from Kempsey to Forster/Tuncurry, overseeing 27 stores and three Sales Support Representatives. This field-based role focuses on coaching, sales execution and solid customer engagement to drive commercial outcomes.

You'll work autonomously with support from a regional leadership team, travel across the Mid North Coast, and play a key part in promoting iconic FMCG brands while developing your sales leadership career.
